Jack Falls?
Has anybody who was up for the casting of this project,heard anything since the last emails.Just wondered,as its all gone very quiet indeed.
Perhaps the castings have in fact taken place,and due to curcumstances the number of people being seen has been cut.
I guess it would be nice to know either way.

Nope, I haven't heard anything either.
The last email I got said they expected auditions to be held in the first week of December, which it now is, but that they probably wouldn't be able to see everyone, so you could be right about the auditions already happening.
Hopefully that isn't the case and things are just taking longer than they anticipated.

Same thing happend to me for 'Jack Said' then Danny Dyer got the part.. dammit!
Yes, same for me. Got the e-mail about the change of director and nothing since! Quelle de marge!
I haven't applied, so i don't know exactly what was happening. But i know the series had been very successful and as each Jack movie is made- there will be more and more applying i guess. They probably just got inundated with applicants for this next one.

I also have not heard! grrr!
I seem to recall getting a rejection e-mail for that one a while back. So on the plus side they have narrowed down the field a bit lol. I wonder if they will do what they did with the other one and make people record their auditions and upload them.

Typical of my year for screen work, actually. Got an offer of an audition for this, only for it to evaporate. Was informed I got through to the second round of a film called Michael's Resignation- that was in June and I've heard nothing and at the beginning of the year (after two full days of workshop auditioning)I was informed I had successfully got a recurring role in an online soap called Chalkhill, only for the money to fall out. On the plus side, I've had a play produced and been on tour and had a fair bit of roleplay, so a 50/50 year. How have your years been?
Ha ask me how I feel about the year when I hear news about Jack.
Not been my best year ever, having done Panto for last 7 years I missed out this year. Had a short tour called Impossible steps with Brian Blesseds wife and Daughter. It was ok, nice experience, but nevet going to launch me into Hollywood.
Its been quite a frustrating year if the truth be told . Can't seem to make any headway, climb the next step. I have to say I enjoyed doing spooks, because even though it was a minor part, I got directed and treated like someone who had a stake in the episode, instead of just an idiot walk on who was lucky to be on set.
Like most of you I have not heard also since the last email informing us of the change of director and perhaps narrowing down the potential auditionees.
I still have hope! A good director is hard to find.

I went out and bought the DVD, to familiarise myself with the last film.On a cynical note, I wonder how many other 'successful' applicants have done the same - and helped the film's sales.

I got the same email and still waiting to hear if still have an audition!
Mm so far Im not getting a very good feeling from this.Its gone deadly quiet,to quiet in fact.
Not one update since the last email for anyone.
Ive had no reply from the contact address which was originally used to email me and others through this site.
In fact according to CCPs own page,the emails remain unopened.
So what is going on ! Its not a lot to ask to be given some information.Is it !
A role in the previous film was on ebay for sale.I think Amanda hit this one bang on the nail!

I was unsuccessful in my application.I was told so in a nice email which also encouraged me to sign up to their website so I could follow the film's progress.
In the immortal words of Andy Millman: " Is he havin a laugh ? "
