I had a large bowl of Special K for breakfast, followed bvy a protein shake and an hour and a half of treadmills and weights, arms feel like they could fall off.
But? On a lighter note (please excuse the pun) I've dropped from a 38" waist to a 32" (Id hard a pretty crap New Year, and I am aiming for a 28" if I can)
And things are finally looking up again!
Yay!
