How can I change my signature at the end of a posting -it still comes up with Antoinette and I prefer Toni (it's what I'm called anyway as it's short for Antoinette)

Oxail soup and a slice of wholemeal bread which I made yesterday, haven't decided about supper yet though.

I think signatures were locked in with your profile, mine had mobile, email and website info on the end, for some reason it's only showing website now, which is ironic as the last role I went for on here, specified mobile number, I left it for my signature to take care of and that's when I noticed it was missing now.....bah!
only way to shift any middle weight (i.e. abdomen, obliques, lower back and upper thigh, is a minimum of 30min Cardio everyday, it's agony, but it shifted mine. Though I'll admit, when I hit 14st5 I went back to the ciggies after a month without (cringe)

Blake - I too am chronically addicted to Stalkbook, made only worse by the fact I can't access it at work, by the time I get home, Facebook and the cigarettes come out - it's a vicious circle I tell you!

I stopped 3 years ago, got drunk new years eve and had a cigar, and much to everyones disbelief, I announced that my new years resolution was to start smoking. It has been 2 months and I have lost a stone and a half.
Quitting again on Monday.
I couldn't have done it without being hypnotised - I tried loads of times before - now I can't stand the smell of ciggies - and that's just weird!
Crunches - oh no! My excuse is that I'm working all day at the day job and all evening at the theatre so I don't really have time to crunch. But, once the theatre run's finished - I'm going to do power plating - there's a place in Covent Garden which is really close to me. I SHALL get back into my size 8s again! :-))
hey, i just got to chew me finger nails as i have been doing role play, armed robbery at that, quite shaken now, bet i wont be able to sleep !!!

I'm sorry I don't get back to your facebook mails more quickly Blake. I didn't realise it was having such an effect on you! (I had a horrible sandwich from a garage if you're at all interested! It was that or nothing really.)

Day 2-
I have had a cheese sandwich for lunch- and will make a cup of coffee...
this thread will go on for days...
I haven't had anything yet but am about to have carrot and swede crush (M&S special) with a bit of beef left over from yesterday and a slice of cheese then more strawberries and yoghurt.
Fell by the wayside yesterday though as I had a pecan and maple syrup twist at the theatre - oh well :-(

he just tells these jokes that just aren't funny, but being in the office environment we have to humour him, but i just not sure how much more i can take. he also eats incredibly loudly :(
