Can you recommend a good EXTRAS agency?

I'm just about to finish a nice but boring office temp job and I'm looking for work. Can anyone recommend a good Extras agency or Actors temp agency please? I moved to London in November so I'm still quite new. Thank you!

You could use The Casting Network, however every correspondence one receives seems to contain more details on the consequences of not behaving properly than the actual job itself.
A text came through today brandishing their ‘3 strikes and you’re out policy’. The end of the message reading “DO NOT call this mobile. Calling this mobile will earn you one strike”
I fully understand that some support artists might not behave with professionalism and courtesy, but why treat the rest of us like babies?

Not that I belong to the agency concerned but one of those listed here will get annoyed if you trouble them for payment until 3 months have past, yet insist on the production companies paying them within 28 days or else legal action will be threatened. How fair is that ?

Its not actually The Broadcasting Agency that makes you wait the 3 months but expects payment to them in one month. It's made quite plain on their site. Read the information for their 'extras' that warns you not to expect the money sooner, then read the section intended for the production companies and note the warning to them that payment is expected within a month. Their general approach to their performers is generally rather rude I feel.
