About me
James Ketteridge is a British Euro Asian Stage and Film Actor that trained at The Royal School of Speech and Drama & The Guildford School of Acting (GSA.)Jame's acting career stared on stage when he performed in theatre shows such as Cinderella (2012) Macbeth (2013) A Midsummer Night Dream (2014) & Henri Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler (2014)
In August 2015 James was invited to audition for the Royal Shakespearean Company where he delivered monologues from Hamlet, Henry VI Part III, King Lear and Much Ado about Nothing. Theses performances were just sublime for James and really moved his career forward as an actor. In November (2016) he made his first debut at the Pinner Theatre London where he was cast as Sebastian in William Shakespeare's classic comedy A Twelfth Night. Other plays that followed were Arthur Miller’s “A View from a Bridge” where he played Rodolfo, and “Juno & the Paycock”
After performing on stage for five years; James turned his attention to film and TV. His first feature film was Hidden in plain Sight (2019) where he played Mexican teenager Carlos Rodriguez. After the film was completed in (2018) James started to collaborate with other film makers and created his own film called “Living with Epilepsy” (2021) That film was a great achievement and pushed him to created his own film company called JMK films.
By creating JMK films James Ketteridge managed to make is own films like SHAM (2017), the comedy film JUST 4 U in (2018)
And The Lockdown film (The filmed documentary) in (2020) in (2021) he made a JMK filmed version of Henrik Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler which was the third instalment of the JMK classic play filmed trilogy he wanted to adapt. The first two films being Richard III & Hamlet.
In 2022 He played Kyle in the feature Film Watcher (2022) and played Osin Carny in Jez Butterworth The Ferryman which was performed In The Round Theatre London.
Actor and Film Producer James Ketteridge is still Acting & Producing films today.
