Additional information:
Many acting styles appeal to me including acting for the stage, screen and musical theatre. To act is to study human form physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. After my first two years, reading Philosophy at The University of York, I decided to audition again for Drama Society and to also try my hand at Pantomime Society and Gilbert and Sullivan Society (G&S). After I attained roles in two plays, two pantomimes and a G&S production, I realised that acting for the stage was exactly where I wanted to apply my creativity and passion for provoking thought and effecting a change in others. During the day I work as a Primary school Teaching Assistant. I'd be very interested in working on community projects to gauge the attention of young adults and children to participate in the arts, giving movement and expression workshops, drama therapy.
