About me
I found my way into filmmaking through a personal documentary project I began filming 6 years ago titled, How Big Little Is. The film follows Irving Feller, New York artist and fur trader, through the final chapters of his life - including his last cross-country journey to trade wares with Native American tribes, the closing of his Greenpoint, Brooklyn fur shop, and his first solo gallery show after a lifetime of art making. When we entered the post-production phase of my film, I found a passion for the extremely creative process of editing. I recently completed the Art of Film Editing course at The Edit Center to sharpen my skills as a storyteller and to learn Avid. I am also fluent in Final Cut Pro 7. I'm looking to gain more experience in both narrative and documentary editing as I find both to be exciting and challenging in ways which compliment one another. I'm particularly interested in how narrative can inform documentary work and vice versa.License & Passport
