About me
Vibe Master.I have a broad range of skills sometimes referred to as a Preditor (Producer, Shooter and Editor) I can operate as a one man band when needed, but where I really excel is working with small teams to help bring ideas to life.
In the past I've worked in house at companies like VICE, BUZZMedia, PETA, Thrashlabs, and CondeNast where I not only helped come up with concepts, but was usually in charge of executing them as well.
Over the years I've also learned to become a manager/mentor and have been using my knowledge to help build strong teams. At some smaller companies I've managed the whole Video Dept, including setting up workflows, managing contractors, meeting deadlines, and staying on budget.
Most of my recent work has been in Digital, which has created space for me to be creative and take risks, but have also been working on developing some longer form content for TV, and other on demand platforms.
Work samples can be seen on my site documentingthelight.com
I like to think one of the best parts of working with me is my positive can-do attitude. I pride myself on being a creative problem solver to the many challenges that present themselves on set and in production in general. My positive chill vibes can often make the difference between an exhausting day and a productive one.
