About me
Ever since the age of 11 I’ve been fascinated by the theatre. I worked on every school play I could as part of the backstage team, as part of props and set design, and then ultimately managing the wardrobe, hair and makeup, and set design departments. My last few years at university have allowed me to experience performance in a different way, as a drag act in Brighton and a freelance makeup artist. I study Product Design, and wish to apply the practical skills that I have learnt in the workshop and from managing my own projects, both personal and competition based, to the world of theatre. I have a particular interest in set design and maintenance, and hair and makeup department.Additional information:
I am currently in my third year, which my course allocates as a year in industry, which I would love to spend working within this field.
