About me
I have had a very big interest in theatre since I was very little, I have always enjoyed going to watch shows and see how the lighting designers have made their rig and to also see how they have used the lights to create certain effects, when I usually go to watch a show I end up looking at the lights or certain effects rather than the show itself. To work in a theatre communication skills are highly important, the stage can be a very dangerous place when certain machinery or when bars moving on stage I have had a lot of experience of working in this environment and my communications skills are good, if I didn't use communication between other members of crew they might not know important information possibly causing problems/ injury.Additional skills:
I have worked on many lighting desks some of them are: ETC smart fade removed , smart fade ML, Ion, Strand light palette, 500 series zero 88 fat frog, jester, jester ML Martin martin light jockey, Avolites pearl. I have worked on many desks, dimmers, effect machines and moving lights. I have done lighting for many dance schools, drama's, exams and gigs. When I do lighting I always try to make the people on stage be seen clearly and add extra specials in to make the show a bit more exciting for the audience to watch.

Additional information:
By working within theatre and I.T for more than 5 years I am aware of how important health and safety is within a workplace especially the stage.
Working as a team is something I am good, I will help others if they need it otherwise the person could be struggling and they might need a hand to finish off what they was doing. Working under pressure is always tricky because you have a short period of time to get everything done but at the same time it all has to be done safely because this is when accidents could happen.
By working in the I.T industry for a few years I have a good standard of computer literacy, I can produce documents to an advanced level using all the features the software provides, my skills within Microsoft are very high. I can send E-mails to communicate between other people.
