About me
Funnily enough, I have always been a creative individual, after I graduated from Bury college, I auditioned for a place at Salford university and on my second attempt, secured a position on their comedy writing and performance course. For the last three years I have endeavoured to improve my understanding of comedy and develop my skills as a comic, whether or not I was successful is still debatable even after graduating. Although my attempts at finding myself through the art of comedy has been more tragic than anything, I try to remain hopeful and perceive – regardless of this I've operated as a performer for a number of years, in education and as an amateur dramatist at Bolton Little Theatre. Now I'm looking to build further on this experience, even if it requires me sitting on the sidelines and seeing how others 'get things done' in a professional environment and lastly have a particular interest in.... not being an unemployed bum. Any further information can be made available upon request.Additional skills:
* ICT Level 2
* NCFE Level 2 – Creative Crafts
* Verbal Communication (English)
* Stage Combat - BADC (unarmed, sword and dagger)
*Circus skills (can walk on a big concrete ball)
Referees:
'available on request'.
Additional information:
For the section below designated * Years in industry, I'll be putting "less than a year" as I believe the intended experience is in more of a professional capacity. However if not I feel it best to note that I've worked in excess of 6+ years, through education and amateur performance.
