I’m a prize-winning film composer and orchestrator with an MA in Composition for Film and TV and a First Class BAHons in Music from the University of Bristol.
I’m most at home writing for orchestra, so composing for animated and live-action adventures, fantasies and science fiction is what I’m best suited to.
I also have experience writing and arranging for pop/jazz ensembles, synthesizers and voices, and scoring in a variety of styles for a wide range of genres including; dramas, comedies, thrillers and wildlife documentaries.
In June 2015 I won First Prize in the Waterloo Festival Film Score Competition for my piano quintet score to the short film, “Fare Thee Well”.
Since graduating I have been composing for online production music libraries, whilst continuing to build my portfolio of film and concert works.
I'm an expert guitarist. Two days a week I play at a centre for adults with learning disabilities, with song choices ranging all the way from Elvis to Lorde. Great fun!!
