Highlights
-
Lucy has performed roles from Shakespeare to Chekov, from Tennessee Williams to Oscar Wilde in a lifelong love affair with acting.
Her training took place at the British Drama School, ALRA (The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts) in London. Here she absorbed the wisdom of seasoned industry professionals, directors, actors and casting directors such as Sarah Hughes, Peter Cregeen and Gordon House. She tackled both the classics and new writing in several different performance mediums ranging from stage, to screen, to radio and voiceover.
When she is not treading the boards or acting on screen, Lucy is one of the theater’s greatest advocates; she has brought its magic into schools and academies by means of TIE, workshops, and presentations. She has also utilized its therapeutic qualities by using it to support adults with additional needs.
Outside of performing Lucy enjoys spending time on the running track, in the swimming pool and on the yoga mat. She has a passion for travelling which has given her broader perspective on life, and has helped her understand her characters, no matter how different they are from herself.
Now that Lucy has officially moved to the USA to be with her other great love (her supportive and charming American hubby!) she is eager to establish herself in the market and work on exciting projects in her new home.
