About me
I am a British Actress born in Leeds and have been training and working in Film, TV, Voice Over and Commercial acting in New York City for the past two years. I received my BA (Hons) Drama from the University of Manchester and studied Theater abroad at Rutgers University of New Jersey, Mason Gross School of the Arts. On returning to Manchester to complete my degree I wrote my dissertation on Hip Hop Dance Culture and an exploration of the evolution and influence of Hip Hop Dance across the USA and the UK. I taught theatre in UK Prisons: HMP Styal, a women's prison and HMP Risley, a men's prison. I love being involved in the arts, fundamentally as a performer, but I would love to someday create a theatre company for people leaving the prison system, or/and on probation so there is a safe, productive and creative place to escape from and work through difficulties people are facing now on the outside.Skills
