About me

Daniel Cho is a Cinematographer and Gaffer based in New York. Developing a love of filmmaking since the age of 10, he began looking for opportunities to hone and pursue his craft. His career started at the age of 17, when he began crewing on various independent shorts. This led to him to being accepted into the Tisch School of the Art’s Film/TV Program as a Dean’s Scholar. Not someone to rest on his laurels, he immediately began work in the camera, electric and grip departments on everything from short films, branded content, music videos, feature films and more. He advanced his skills by spending time as a Electrician and Best Boy for IATSE Local 52 when he was just 19. As a DP, he has shot various short films, music videos, and commercial content, being highly adaptable to any sort of project.
