About me
Ever since I was a little kid, filming little fun shorts with my friends was something I did often, though, never fully considered it as a legit passion. Not until my senior year of high school, when video production class, a fun elective course I took to fulfill credits, made me absolutely fall in love with storytelling. Ever since then, I've dedicated my time to learning the craft of filmmaking, diving deeper into the art of cinematography, writing, editing and directing, and have spent the past, about to be 5 years, working at Coleman Country Day Camp as their head videographer and editor, shooting, editing and producing almost 100 different camp videos. All while going to school for filmmaking, and DPing 9 short films of the past 2 years. Investing in gear that'll be usable for years to come, and doing everything I can to be the absolute best I can possibly be as a DP in training.Filmmaking is not a one-man process, teamwork is absolutely essential to bring the writing on a screenplay to life. Working alongside actors, the director, AD, sound department, gaffers, and so many more people, we work side by side together and each contribute our own thoughts to the creative process, which makes watching the final product all the more rewarding.
