About me

As you will see from my resume, I have an extensive background with all stages of production. My work started as a seasonal production assistant on the American Music Awards here in Los Angeles in 2009. Dick Clark Productions then brought me on for two more seasonal shows, New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, and the American Country Music Awards. This position in live-action programming provided me with great knowledge into the world of television production. It also sparked my passion for the industry and pushed me toward furthering my knowledge of the field.
While completing my degree at DePaul University where I received my Bachelor’s in Film and Television, I worked in various other industries like professional accounting, veterinary hospitals, and the comedy club scene. These positions have allowed me to gain strong insight on how successful organizations run. Having these jobs, while in school, have strengthened my ability to multitask, work diligently under heavy pressure and time constraints while always maintaining a professional and patient demeanor. After the many years of experience, I now pride myself in my organization and quick problem-solving skills.
After graduating in 2019, I have spent the last few years cultivating a good relationship with several independent production companies in Chicago. They brought me on for various music videos and independent film sets. Due to my strong work ethic, I acquired more responsibilities on each new project. Even though I do feel confident in my production design abilities, I’m ready to transition back to production editing where my love for this industry originally started.

Additional information:
