JC Theatre Company was founded in 2010 by Company Director Chloe Wheeler & Artistic Director Johnny Lock. Chloe & Johnny trained together at East 15 Acting School where they studied a BA Honours in Community Theatre. Since graduating in the summer of 2008 the pair have worked on many exciting projects, with several different companies, gaining lots of valuable experience along the way.

In the latter part of 2010 the pair decided to set up their own theatre company. They wanted to work with two community groups in particular, young people and the elderly. Their show ‘Letters from my Sweetheart’ was first thought about in early January 2011 and after several months of hard work and planning, JC Theatre's first tour began that very summer.

Johnny & Chloe have over 5 years experience working within a theatre in education setting (T.I.E), and between, them the pair have worked with all key stages ranging from Foundation stage and Nursery, right up key stage 4 and beyond.
