A struggling addict with a stutter and a gift for lyricism, Curran struggles to balance his life as a poet and a SoundCloud rapper after an existential discovery during a relapse at a music gallery's debut exhibit.

A struggling addict with a stutter and a gift for lyricism, Curran struggles to balance his life as a poet and a SoundCloud rapper. During his sponsor’s untimely relocation for a new job, Curran and his music producer Beau are invited by the owner of the infamous and newly renovated concert venue and art space known as The Compound to represent a new exhibit entitled “Sound of the City.” Unknowingly to accept, the Soundcloud group quickly ignite a turf war against a crew of Hip-Hop heads who have been notoriously recognized as the face of The Compound. After a confrontation between SoundCloud and Hip-Hop, Curran quickly discovers after a relapse that his stutter can be temporarily cured and his on stage presence as a rapper becomes nothing like his performances as a slam poet.
