A young, promiscuous man meets a yoga instructor who shows him that love is not just about physical attraction, but the connection between the heart and soul.
Kevin attends a Kundalini yoga class with his girlfriend at a Yoga and Healing Center where he meets Gabrielle, a master in Reiki and Kundalini yoga. Attracted to Gabrielle, Kevin asks her to do healing for her grandmother Lolita who Kevin loves the most. Kevin learns through Gabrielle and Lolita that love is not superficial and just about physical attraction, but about the connection with the heart and soul. Kevin must choose between his old ways and a new path to live.
