Earthquake causes a rush on the gold and riches of an Eastern European country.

American forces travel to a remote country to destroy black market caches of gold and riches. They are faced with a moral dilemma to actually vaporize the gold or keep it for themselves. While escaping the country they are ripped apart by greed and the opposing war lords.
