Using a TV travelogue as his cover, a master spy investigates the assassination of the British Prime Minister
Recruited by MI5 at Cambridge, JK returns to public life as the presenter of Entertainment World but is actually on the lookout for a highly paid assassin. Briefed by the best spycatchers he embarks on a European tour to flush him out. He discovers that the threat is actually to the British Prime Minister and attempts to persuade him to adopt a less public schedule. But when the PM is assassinated in his private Whitehall study, JK makes it his job to work out how it was done and track down the assassin. But will he be in time to save a more important figure in British public life?
