The first meeting of this new Branch which covers all of Yorkshire and Humberside takes place in the Northern Film School in Millenium Square,Leeds at 11AM on Saturday 3rd November 2007.

Not only will it be a historic day but it will also be welcoming speakers from Screen Yorkshire with exciting news on work possibilities for Yorkshire Actors. Add to that a visit from Deputy General Secretary Stephen Spence and you'll find that there is plenty of action and knowledge that will help you over the next year in your chosen profession!

Members and student members are welcome. If you are planning on joining Equity and want to know more please feel free to email me and ask!

You may ask 'What is Equity doing for me?' Well come along to this meeting and you will find out what a forward looking group we are in Yorkshire and Humberside and YOU are the beneficiaries AND the people who move things!
See you there!

I'm sorry I made a mistake. The actual date for the meeting is 24th November NOT 3rd.
My error. Let's hope it's my last for the year!

After a very well attended meeting of over 40 actors and a wonderv ful guest speaker we are now established as one of the most successful Equity Branches and covering the largest county in England!
Some very special arrangements are now established between the Branch and also organisations associated with Yorkshire. So now is the time to get involved with the Branch and join the google group to get your profile raised in the Area.
Don't miss out! PM me for more details.
