Animation & Live Action Associate Producer with 10years of production experience, new to Mandy!
Hello network! My name is Becca and I am new to the Mandy network! I'm looking to connect with industry professionals and like minded individuals creating impactful stories in film, television and new media. To give you some background my career roots actually started on set in live action production at Sony / AMC on “Breaking Bad” before moving to in house studio projects as an Associate Producer. I switched careers about five years ago to join the animation community, while still balancing freelance live action producing projects. My recent positions have involved creating, maintaining and executing production planning for short-form, television and feature content. I have had the pleasure of working on sixteen productions, produced by companies such as AMC, A&E, History Channel, VICE, FOX, Nickelodeon, Pixar, and Disney Feature Animation.
I’m presently researching and looking into new career opportunities to help support up and coming creative works. Looking forward to connecting!
Hi Rebecca, wow, you have quite the resume. And I see you have experience in animation. I wrote a pilot for an animated comedy about working in a public library. I’m waiting to hear back from a couple screenwriting contests - I think that may be my only in, as an industry outsider in New Jersey who works at a library. If you have the time, maybe you could give me some feedback on my pitch deck? What sort of projects and positions interest you the most, right now?
