    Our Fashion Magazine's Marketing and Production manager plays a key role in creating the program’s consumer facing marketing materials, strategic partnerships and member events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for brand strategy and consumer engagement in the international luxury fashion market. The role sits within the editorial team at Vogue magazine and reports to the Vogue100 Program Director. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with an outgoing nature and a ‘no task is too small’ attitude. The Marketing and Production Manager will at times be in contact with Vogue100 members and will need to be upbeat and polished. Marketing duties: Work with the Vogue100 Program Director to shape the strategic vision for marketing strategy and to reach, engage and grow the Vogue100 community of members Maintain brand collateral and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication and that brand standards are adhered to across all aspects and stages of membership (including: pre sale, post sale, general member communications, Vogue.com coverage, brand partnerships and event execution)Develop and implement all member communications supporting membership salesWrite compelling consumer facing copy, attuned to a luxury audienceWork closely with Vogue’s internal Creative team on generating materials and providing recommendations to support the development of brand materials for use both internally and externally (ie sales and marketing materials for presale)Develop creative and promotional assets, invitations, and brand collateral for events, experiences, and activations (ie invitations, member communication materials, any event related collateral for post sale)Work alongside the Vogue100 team to manage end to end customer journey from acquisition, through to retention and renewals, ensuring all marketing communications are relevant, and timelyOversee project management and workflow for marketing and creative projects across departments Collaborate with the wider team on gifting strategy, ensuring customers are incentivized and rewarded in a timely mannerAnalyze customer research, insights, and data to inform the strategy and improve customer needsEvent production duties:Ideate and execute polished and on brand experiences, events, and activations for Vogue100 members throughout the yearCo-create the Vogue100 events calendar with the Experiences EditorOwn all aspects of event planning; including logistics, invitation/RSVP management, distribution of promotional materials, content management, scheduling, signage, staffing, catering requests, and program developmentBudget management: Manage and be held accountable for all contractors, vendors, and production budgetsCollaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are successful (including PR, Social, Sales, Design)Build and manage creative brand partnershipsStay up to date on Condé Nast global events so the Vogue100 membership maintains a rich calendar of international programming and opportunities. Work with bookings department and manage talent appearances and VIP guests at brand events Evaluate event performance and track event success and engagement. Compile recaps for Program Director.Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies, especially those applicable for eventsOngoing research and awareness of competitive trends, industry opportunities, partnerships, talent, relationships, etc
