The creative team, part of our global marketing organization, is currently seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director with a background in design to join our growing team and help us continue to help tell our powerful brand story to the world. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital creative and can work collaboratively to solve creative problems in innovative ways.Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be a player-coach, leading concepting and execution on digital-first campaigns, while helping guide other members of the team as they hone their craft. You will:Partner with the Associate Creative Director (Copy) in overseeing day-to-day work and people managing a growing team of designers and copywriters Execute on the vision of the Creative Director, translating big-picture goals into tangible day-to-day milestones and direction for the teamLead and occasionally design major ASICS product launch and brand campaigns, from concept to executionPartner with the ACD (Copy) to pitch and win projects Consistently demonstrate your expertise and thought leadership in digital-first designArt direct photo and/or video shoots as neededWork closely with the Creative Director to maintain, build and evolve brand books and style guidesHelp drive creative and operational excellence across the team
