The Graphic Design/Video Production Trainee will assist the Creative Services Coordinator in all aspects of the productions and graphic design process. Creative Services handles all video shoots, editing, graphic design, animations, gameday entertainment production, and marketing collateral. This trainee position offers a unique hands-on experience for those interested in pursuing a career in multi-media design and venue entertainment.Major responsibilities:Create graphic assets to be used in digital, print, in-game, social media, and environmental mediums Collaboratively participate in proof-of-concept efforts to generate the overall look and feel of large-scale campaigns, projects, and initiativesIdentify, socialize, and help implement design best practice tools, templates, and technologies to drive both effectiveness and efficiency Assist with designing graphics and video content for in-game production/StripersTVCapture video and photo content during Stripers home games and other ballpark eventsOrganize, label, and manage assets key to the production of creative & video related contentPresent or pitch ideas and conceptsContribute to the creation and implementation of marketing/communications initiativesAssist in the control room as neededResponsible for the use and basic maintenance of video and audio equipmentAssist with other departments and ballpark duties as needed
