Storyline: MASARU is a film about Danny Morisaki, a Japanese American major league baseball player who discovers a new passion for Japanese traditional dancing which his late mother used to do. When he breaks this news to his father Kazu, he is met with opposition and rejection, which compels Danny to come to terms with who he really is.
