The primary objective of the Senior Channel sales individual contributor is to create demand in the marketplace for the (specific partner name) portfolio of brands and cover all white space opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to the following activities:How you will do itUtilize partner specific market data to identify current market share in key markets and target markets for growth.Have established relationships with key decision makers at each partner (or specific partner if focused) and work to have a partner branded product specified or added as equals.Be the bridge between Verizon Media and partner on all sales activities and strategyModify and develop product sales presentations for individual targeted customers and consulting engineers.Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns.Follow the demand creation strategy and playbook to acquire and on-board new customers.Coordinate with the Sales Enablement and Product Managers to conduct product introduction webinars and training.Provide market feedback and competitive analysis data and presents new product development opportunities.Use Salesforce.com to track activities and customer and partner related opportunities.Build revenue and non revenue business plans with these partner(s).Drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue.Act as key channel strategist to direct sales managers within the region.Partner with marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within the region.Provide geographic channel coverage for the regionCarry quarterly and annual revenue targets.
