With a concentration on WWE’s gaming-entertainment channel; UpUpDownDown, this creative, driven, and self-sufficient team member will see projects through from concept to posting within a quick turnaround time.Key Responsibilities:Produce short and long form digital video contentLead multiple projects concurrently, maintaining product visionLead each project’s life cycle, from creation through post-launch that engages on multiple levels, providing viewers with shareable experiencesField Produce shoots and eventsConceptualize and build new video conceptsCoordinate with Social Media Producers on projects for promotion on appropriate platformsResponsible for quality control for all aspects of production and content for video projectsCultivate a positive team dynamic and work collaboratively with all levelsWorks alongside WWE’s Advanced Media Group’s Creative departments to design high end graphic elementsInteract with WWE Talent in a professional mannerMaintain a robust understanding of the production and post-production processes within WWE’s Advanced Media GroupKeep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and productsAccepts feedback from upper management on creative, production and editingQualifications:3+ years of related experience in digital production including editing experience with applications such as Avid and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop)Solid understanding and interest in video gaming industryAble to travel for business approximately 25% as neededExperience with video equipment: DSLR’s, audio, lightingFamiliarity with remote/cloud production softwareCapable of effectively handling and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledgeable about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor degree in Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Video Production or related field of study
