Our Internet TV Service is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our Content Operations Team. This position will play a significant role in the development and maintenance for Pluto's content workflows across all various distribution platforms implementing and ensuring quality standards for our global teams.This role will work in support of the Manager, Content Operations in resolving near-term production issues and in advancing and improving our technical workflows for long-term efficiency. A sound technical acumen and an ability to interface with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues arecritical attributes that will drive success.Responsibilities Include:Act as the primary point of contact for all library maintenance requestHelp define and implement evolving distribution requirements and associated best practicesAssist in developing workflows to streamline our production operationsOversee a technical issue queue and ensure that all tickets are properly evaluated, prioritized and resolved in a timely mannerDevelop strong working relationships between Pluto TV distribution and Content Feed teams in order to resolve production related issues and to advance new technical feature requestsAudit and maintain quality control over all library contentPlanning and coordination for various content related proajectsInterface with content partners and labs within technical onboarding effortsEscalation point for all internal Content Ops QC needsGenerate and deliver usage reports to key technical services vendorsProvide regular reporting to management as it pertains to operational KPI’s
