The Senior Video Producer will have a hand in all phases of the video production process, always striving for state-of-the-art quality. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly build rapport with ministries, assist in providing the best solution for each need, and problem-solve on their feet. They will collaborate closely with the Creative Director of Video and the Video Project Manager to ensure videos are planned out carefully and contribute to overall organizational success.RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)Participate in high-level planning, vision and logistics for film shoots with Video Director.Collaborate with Victory design, web and project management teams to help establish creative vision for individual projects.Meet with ministry leaders to discuss various promotional campaigns and video requirements as a representative of the Creative Department when requested.Interpret the needs of individual ministries and develop concepts to suit their purpose.Work with the Creative Director to produce new ideas, concepts, processes and systems.Assist in creating final pitch visuals, ideas and concepts to appropriate team members, ministry leaders and executives.Manage multiple video projects at the same time and allocate time according to the priority of the job.Keep up with current film trends and stay relevant with new film technology, software tools and platforms.Adhere to specific deadlines and manage time effectively.Ensure brand consistency across all areas of the ministry through video and proper usage of all video equipment.Be proactive in the presentation of ideas that will serve to improve the work of Victory Church and deliver a unified, effective message.Lead and direct high-priority on and off-site film shoots as requested.Provide peer editing as needed before videos are sent to Director for review.Consistently seek to improve quality in various aspects of filmmaking processes, systems, studio management and inventory.Other duties as assigned.
