Production Assistant We are seeking a hardworking, creative and proactive Production Assistant to join our team of filmmakers in the creation and execution of a feature length film. The position will be based in New York and NJ. Must be available to work ASAP - Mid September. Transportation between locations will be covered. Will mostly be around NYC/Jersey City.Responsibilities:Involvement in all daily procedures, assisting production team in all stages of productionWork closely with producers to conduct daily tasks. Assist with extras and castQualifications:Minimum 1-2 years experience in a production/film/tv environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office) is a plusCommitment to being a self-starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growthBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceCharacteristics:Excellent communication skillsMust have the ability to work under deadline pressureMust have the ability to handle multiple projects or assignments with attention to detailMust thrive in a collaborative work environmentThis is a NON UNION job.
