    Today, we are seeking an outstanding Marketing Manager to join the Studios Marketing team! As a member of Studios Marketing, you’ll work not only with Marketing Leads on podcast and new format campaigns but you’ll be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the marketing team at large. We’re looking for someone to drive the execution of on and off platform content marketing and bring our shows to life! This role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing. What you'll doPlan, execute and optimize content marketing initiatives in collaboration with external media agencies and creative partnersManage day to day content marketing support including campaign launches and sustaining effortsCoordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams such as brand, media, creator and legal to ensure our programs successfully go to marketAssist in developing the marketing strategy ensuring all activity is linked directly to content and brand goalsCoordinate and collaborate on campaign retrospectives working closely with the Spotify analytics and insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives and help demonstrate the return on investmentIdentify opportunities to develop and refine marketing processes streamlining communication with cross functional stakeholders.Partner with the content insights team to prepare a regular cadence of brand trackers and analysis to disseminate feedback with key stakeholdersDevelop an eye for creative concepting and presenting creative direction for marketing assetsStaying current with the latest industry trends and news including media, marketing, and streaming innovations and proactively share opportunities with the teamWho you areYou have a 4+ years experience in a content marketing businessExperience working within entertainment strongly preferredUnderstanding of paid and owned media channels via experience running marketing campaignsKnowledge of the dynamics, needs and demands of a content-driven businessAn analytical eye, be able to identify trends in data and turn them into relevant insightsYou are creative, curious and unafraid to test & learn, trying out new campaign ideasYou are an excellent communicator, and able to represent the Studios Marketing team and its mission to a broad range of partnersYou are adaptable and cope well with constantly evolving contextSpotify is an equal opportunity employer.
