    This role requires keen attention to detail, strong contractual understanding, and significant initiative. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in contract administration, project management, and the willingness to evolve with Netflix.Responsibilities Include:Managing the execution and administration of new agreements across departments including Content Operations, Legal, Finance, and Content AcquisitionReviewing and editing contractual obligations between our organization and our Film Studio partnersMonitoring and processing of licenses and license renewals, and developing innovative systems for improving our tracking of the contract lifecycleLiaising with cross-functional teams, making tactical decisions, communicating group strategy, and developing and implementing new toolsTracking title schedules and key dates for delivery, amendments, start dates, options, etc. to ensure we remain compliant with the terms of our contractsConducting market and competitive research to deepen industry knowledge and discover new opportunities that may present themselves at all stages of our current future licensing agreementsMaintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional consulting, finance, media, media-focused technology and/or research projects as neededDevelop new and existing relationships with external content partners and work closely to communicate key issues and resolve potential issues/solutions in joint projectsRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated good judgment and strong critical thinking skillsPrior experience with contract administration preferredProven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal formsAbility to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlinesStrong follow-throughDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionallyStrong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Experience with Google suite of programs a plus.Highly collaborative, resourceful, curious and a calm demeanorEducation & Experience:BA/BS requiredAt least 2 years of related work experience is requiredPrior consulting, finance, media, or media-focused technology or research experience is strongly preferredMust have a love of movies and television. Knowledge of domestic and international studio landscape is a plus.
