Script to Screen, LLC in Orange County, CA is looking for experienced FREELANCE UPM’s & Production Coordinators, ideally based in OC. Potential project late December to mid-January for Production Coordinator, as well as possible future projects. • Freelance (paid as employee through payroll), on project by project basis• Projects typically 2-4 weeks• Majority of work in our offices in Santa Ana• On-set days in various locations, typically OC, San Diego & LAProd Coord Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):• Call Sheets from creation, editing and sending to crew• Check requests & proper filing of such• Maps & other project-specific docs• Manage PO Book / vendor payments • Travel arrangements, including hotel credit card authorizations• Certificates of Insurance• Product Inventory• Crew communication• Production Books & related documents• Necessary documents from crew and proper filing of such• Numerous other project-specific tasks, providing support to the UPM & Director of ProductionProd Coord Qualifications (including, but not limited to):• Detail-Oriented & Thorough• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks• Proactive• Team player• Proficient in word processing applications• Dropbox familiarity Qualified applicants, please submit a resume/client list with at least 2 professional references (incl. contact info)
