Our team is looking for a Coordinator, Development who will work closely with the President of our Television Studios to support the day-to-day development and production of our programs! The coordinator will participate in the development of all scripted programming from concept to series. Our ideal candidate has excellent written and communication skills and is able communicate effectively with all levels of management while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Specific responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Supports series once in productionProvides input to Business Affairs on dealsMaintains internal status reportsTakes diligent notes during internal recurring meetingsGenerates ideas and develop conceptsOversees entire creative process from concept to completionProvide creative feedback during the pitch/script development process and during the ongoing productionMaintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (writers, producers and performers), agents and managers with the end goal of identifying outside material and talent for Paramount TelevisionShares key talent, pitches & coverage with team members across all groups to generate notes, input and collaboration
