This position will report to a Post-Production Supervisor.II. Essential Job FunctionsBuilding out an edit schedule and determining the scope of work at the acquisition stage. Booking time out with our in-house staff of editors, AEs, and graphics artists, or sourcing out and scheduling freelancers to backfill on edit requests as neededMaintaining and tracking the schedule closely, ensuring projects stay on-track in accordance to the schedule without delays, and communicating potential overages to key stakeholders ahead of timeClosely monitoring logged hours for projects and track their correlation with established project budgets.Ongoing team training as platforms and workflows/software change.Managing day-to-day communication with producers & key edit stakeholders
