Production states: "I already have a $5,000,000 budget created, but I want to see how one becomes "creative" and pares it down to a $2.5 to $3 Million budget. Also, would be a plus if the person had knowledge and could explain the topic of "state-by-state" incentives (how they work, how applied, meanings/definitions, etc.)." -
