Seeking a development coordinator for the optimization of the development pipeline, overseeing the entire process from ideation to pitch under the supervision of the SVP of Development.

This includes coordination of all development department meetings, updating and maintenance of the development pipeline status and assignments in company databases, and generation and distribution of trackers and agendas as necessary. Coordinator will also take part in creative idea development. This includes writing and reviewing concept treatments, decks, sizzle reels, and pitches and leading the creation of compelling visual and graphic-designed pitch materials through cutting-edge software and other presentation creation software. Other responsibilities include conducting general industry and market research, actively seeking new development and talent, and generating internal ideas and title lists to contribute additional creativity to the team.

The development coordinator also acts as an interface with other SMUGGLER departments and provides general administrative support to the SVP such as organizing travel, coordinating zooms and meetings, managing multiple calendars and schedules, preparing written and visual presentations, and assisting with various office needs and IT troubleshooting.
