We're recruiting for a Senior Receptionist to join the team. You'll work as part of a friendly, welcoming team at our Stage Door, the reception for staff members and visitors, including the production companies bringing their shows to the theatre, and contractors. You'll help us ensure that when companies return to the venue, we provide a high standard of welcome and service during their time with us.In this role you'll provide an excellent Stage Door service and welcome, ensuring we maintain security and good standards of health and safety, and flexible support to the visiting companies and other venue departments. In addition, in this senior role, you'll take responsibility for some team leadership tasks, ranging from creating the rota and confirming the accuracy of timesheet information for payroll, to supporting the Technical Manager in in training other members of the team. Our stage door is staffed whenever the building is open, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, so you'll be working on a rota basis shared with the rest of the team.
