    We’re looking for a someone who is able to make content look fantastic.Someone who has the technical abilities to create stunning video content that’s ready for any screen. Read the serious bit below…Skills & Qualifications:Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, C4D, 2D/3D animation, Spark AR)The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skillsMeet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideasBe a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlinesRespond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterationsA minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Video Editor (with a focus on motion graphics), Animator or Motion Designer within the creative industry.An excellent understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteA clear understanding of how video content differs across various devices and social platforms.An interesting portfolio that showcases a variety of projects demonstrating a wide range of motion graphics skills.Must have excellent design, typography and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical.Excellent time management skills and experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.An energetic team player, with a can-do attitude and a positive personality who loves to self teach and learn.Professional understanding of English.Responsibilities – included but not limited to:Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer;Digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable;Design and produce motion graphic elements to complement video footage.Design & produce animated video content from scratch with minimal existing footage (eg. vector illustrations turned into an animated video).Assist in creating video treatments and storyboards for video ideas.Thoroughly understand and be an active guardian for client brand identity guidelines.Actively propose styles of motion graphics to improve the quality of content.Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.Write voiceover/commentary.Suggesting or selecting music.Occasional online editing duties, which involve finalising technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects.Work with account and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives, and actively contribute in the creative brainstorm/development process.Mentor and share knowledge with more junior members of the creative team.Justify your creative choices with solid production reasoning and insight.Be an active advocate of anything and everything that's creatively inspiring.Have specific platform experience, notably Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn as a basic grounding. Understand best practice in Social Media.Be able to project manage and prioritise mutli-client demands.Be aware of client social media governance and HR policy.Have experience and evidence of success on clients/employee social media channels.Demonstrating a sharp POV on the principles of creativity, marketing, advertising, and social mediaSharp attention to detail and a drive for perfectionSpeaking in public, and presenting strong client work where necessary.Negotiating with internal stakeholders and clientsMulti-tasking within a fast-paced creative environmentStrong commitment to delivering high impact work on time and on budgetIs a natural team player who can work with multiple teams across integrated accounts and operating companiesConstantly exceeds client expectations by knowing what they need before they askLeading a diverse range of projects and types of work for large accounts: campaigns, web, mobile, social, video, and brand comms.
