This role would suit an individual with proven technical skills within the lighting industry specifically with Moving Lights. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to the procedures laid out. Good interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with customers and the technical services team. Proven knowledge of electrical and electronic devices would be an advantage in this role as would be the ability to fault find down to circuit board level.  A varied and extensive knowledge of moving light/control equipment would be a key skill in this role.Job SpecificationEnsure that all equipment is repaired and serviced to the high standard of quality White Light requires.Follow the paperwork procedures laid out and adhere to the processing system.Help when necessary with all general workshop duties including, but not restricted to, loading & unloading of vehicles, tidying up, manufacture of custom equipment & general assistance of other warehouse teams.Repair, service customer and White Light equipment onsite as required.Work in other areas of the ML department when operational requiredDeal with customers directly on any technical or logistical enquiry as requested.Assist other departments as necessary and reasonably practicable.Work with the technical services team and other White Light teams and to communicate effectively.Generate business for the company and promote customer satisfaction.Resolve any issues arising with colleagues in a professional manner.Follow correct procedures at all times and to follow the policies laid out in the staff handbook.Be prepared to work overtime/long hours when required to
