Method Studios is currently seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team!REQUIREMENTS•Show creations for Method shows in timesheet system• Workday approver/QC’ing for Method timesheets (missed punches, confirming overhead)•Workday Vacation logging / policing•QC’ing inactive Method timesheets•Partner with Resource Management and Technical Operations to prepare for onboards activations,deactivations, and employee (artist/staff/Exec) seating/moves.•Seating arrangement including new seat email confirmation for artists•Scheduling Method’s theater and rooms•Weekend report for both Method Studios and Company 3•Scheduling support teams (vault, tech-ops, render, assist engineering, client services, front desk, valet,EMB)•Ticket placing/tracking•Reports into Director of Digital Studio.Qualifications:•1-year VFX production experience a plus•Established scheduling software knowledge, i.e.: Crew planner, FileMaker Pro, Excel•Workday experience a plus•Ability to liaise and collaborate with clients, artists and producers•Highly organized with excellent scheduling and task management skills•Demonstrated success engaging in problem solving techniques•Must be skilled at quick analysis and problem-solving in order to meet ongoing daily/weekly challengeswith solutions•Strong oral and written communication skills•Strong analytical skills•Calm, organized, and personable•Bachelor’s degree or four-year college equivalent or related field
