A short dark-drama following a retired wildlife photographer, Tom, who in his spare time spies and takes lewd images of unsuspecting women. A new couple have moved into the house across the road from him, and Tom uses this as an opportunity to practice his perversion. He becomes obsessed with the wife, Tessa, regularly looking into her bedroom window with the hopes that she’ll undress.Throughout his weeks of spying, Tom learns a dark secret about the couple: the husband is mentally and physically abused by Tessa. Tom watches an argument that quickly gets out of hand. Tessa’s husband strikes Tessa in self-defence, and accidentally kills her. Tom is now in a moral predicament, he’s grown a vicarious attachment to Tessa, but he’s worried about exposing his own dark truths.The film climaxes with Tom giving a statement to the police, and the Husband being arrested. Tom gets away and slips back into the shadows.
